The gym, one of the best I have encountered in a hotel, had permanent “Techno” music thumping out from the moment it opened until it closed and did not turn the level down when asked. Hardly conducive to a relaxing, romantic atmosphere. Throughout the complex there was constant loud music thumping out. The hotel was unable to provide an alternative for nearly twenty four hours and then not in the club excellence area.
